It’s HERE!!!

15 large & 3 smaller abstract works are up on the gallery walls…….. wow…….so great to finally see everything hanging out together in my ‘Louder than words’ exhibition! Amazing.

Sad too, because all the intense work is now over for this exhibition. After months of putting the idea together, then refining it, then making the abstracts from personal pictures, & getting every piece matt board framed, then hanging it up in the Whanganui Community Art Centre..... now there's nothing left to do! This ‘Louder than words’ personal project…. is DONE.

Wow. I’ve learnt a lot along the way, & gained some new skills! I’ve some new confidence in my creative abilities too, but most importantly, making pattern from pictures -  taking these simple photos, & transforming them into something so visually stunning - really does make my heart sing!! And this folks, is how I want to ‘spend’ the rest of my life :o)
