Every week for 2025 I've committed to digitally picking colours out of my photos, then gathering a few into a swatch as the starting point for some pattern play.

I'm keen to get more comfy throwing different colours together, just to experience how they feel.

Loving the mix of colours in this café in Finisterre, Spain. My travel photos are often of colours that catch my eye - which I wasn't really aware I was doing until I started this project!

I tend to use moody, dark backgrounds, & bold colours, but this week I told myself to try something new - so here it is!
